KJ was great to work with. We were moving from SW Florida, and it involved several trips to Chattanooga to house hunt. KJ paid attention to our likes/dislikes and ultimately found a FSBO and, due to her already earned trust from us, we literally jumped in the car the next morning and drove up to see our (eventual) new home, in addition to a few others. KJ crafted a solid deal and we made our move. We would absolutely recommend her services, and she is also a great person and now a friend. Punctual and research what I and knew my desire and met the needs. I told her specifics and showed me the style. I wanted and then how much I wanted to pay. She daily sent me houses to view online and see my interest. And upon that, lined up all the homes of my interest and one day she called me and said she had found the one for me and was bringing the paperwork. She did and it was exactly what I wanted and more.
